The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Manila Regional Office and Outpatient Clinic will provide services to our Veterans and beneficiaries in the following areas on: April 16, 2024 – TAGAYTAY CITY

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Hotel Monticello Tagaytay – Annika Function Room
General Emilio Aguinaldo Highway (past KM 60),
Brgy. Kaybagal South, Tagaytay City
April 17, 2024 – LIPA, BATANGAS

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Solano Hotel Lipa – Asher Hall
General Luna Street, Sabang,
Lipa City, Batangas

VA Manila Regional Office will provide the following services:
*Field general inquiries on available VA benefits
*Field inquiries on specific pending claims for benefits
*Assist in filling out VA application forms for various benefits such as compensation, pension, death pension, burial benefits, claim for dependents and change of address.
*Information dissemination and face to face discussion on PACT Act related claims processing.

VA Manila Outpatient Clinic (OPC) will provide the following services:

Business Office Team:
*Registration/Enrollment with OPC
*Scheduling of clinical appointments with OPC
*Information and assistance on the Foreign Medical Program
*My HealtheVet Assistance
*VHIC ID Application

Nursing Team:
*Health assessment – This include taking vital signs, assessing symptoms and identifying health concerns.
*Immunizations and Vaccinations – administer the following vaccines:
– Pneumonia
– Influenza
– Tetanus
– COVID-19 vaccines
*Health Education – aim to promote health and wellness, and managing chronic conditions, including medication adherence.
First Aid care – nurses will offer first air services to address minor injuries that may occur during outreach program.
*Referrals and Follow-up care – nurses will assess patient need for follow-up care.

Suicide Prevention Coordinators
*Provide Suicide Prevention awareness.
*Veteran Crisis Line information
*Distribute gift items from Suicide Prevention Program
*Assessment of Mental Health appointment need

Patient Advocate
*Resolving concern about any aspect of health care experience in the clinic
