The following information is provided by The American Legion Department of the Philippines Burial Assistance Office. 

Final approval by ABMC and CFZ has been received for these Comrades:

Case # 21-86, Peter Thomas Calvo Cepede, Capt, U.S. Army Retired, age 73, passed away Monday, September 20, 2021 at St. Raphael Foundation & Medical Center Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga. Rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 Honor Guard has been approved for Tuesday October 5, 2021 at 9 AM at the Hall of Flags, Clark Veterans Cemetery (CVC) & following Military Honors, he will be laid to rest with an Inurnment Burial in CVC.

Case # 21-ICAB-37, Harry Clifford Harrison, Maj, U.S. Air Force Retired, Vietnam Veteran age 80, passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 at his residence in Poblacion 2 Moncada Tarlac. He was a member

Robert W. Zaher VFW Post 2485. Rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 Honor Guard has been approved for Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 10:30 AM at the Hall of Flags in CVC & following Military Honors, he will be laid to rest with an Inurnment Burial in CVC. ———————————————————-

Case # 21-85, James Joseph Spence, U.S. Army Vietnam Era Veteran age 76, passed away Saturday,  September 25, 2021 at his residence in Angeles City.

In accordance with his last wishes, he was cremated on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at La Pieta Memorial Chapels & Crematorium in Angeles City. Rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 Honor Guard has been approved for Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 9 AM at the Hall of Flags in CVC & following Military Honors, he will be laid to rest with an Inurnment Burial in CVC.

Case # 21-ICAB-36, Larry Warren Musick, EMC, U.S. Navy Retired age 82, passed away Friday, April 17, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes International Medical Center in Olongapo City. In accordance with his last wishes, he was cremated on Saturday, April 18, 2021 at Olongapo Memorial Chapels & Crematorium in Olongapo City. Rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 11447 Honor Guard & FRA San Miguel Branch 367 of San Antonio for the 2-Bell Ceremony has been  approved for Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 10:30 AM at the Hall of Flags of CVC & following Military Honors, he will be laid to rest with an Inurnment Burial in CVC.

RESTRICTIONS for BURIALS with MILITARY HONORS at CLARK VETERANS CEMETERY, CLARK FREEPORT ZONE IN ANGELES CITY PAMPANGA HAS BEEN LIFTED.

However, the following requirements are required by ABMC & VA for All Interment & Inurnment Burials: 

No more than Twenty-Five to Thirty Family Members may attend

All Attendees Must Maintain the Required Social Distancing

All Attendees Must Wear Face Mask and Shield

All Military Honors will be held at Gate 1 Area of Clark Veterans Cemetery at Clark Freeport Zone in Angeles City. 

Parking for the Services will be at Gate 2 Parking Area at Clark Veterans Cemetery at Clark Freeport Zone in Angeles City

It has been Requested that the Fallen Comrade, the Family, and all attendees including the Funeral Homes should arrive 30 minutes before the above posted time. Due to the possibility of the Family’s request for an early start time.

Rendering of Military Honors have been delayed due to the family’s request for the following Comrades:

Case # 21-ICAB-35, James Patrick Dolge, AMHC, U.S. Navy Vietnam Era Veteran age 73, passed away Friday, September 4, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes International Medical Center in Olongapo City. In accordance with his last wishes, he was cremated on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Olongapo Memorial Chapels & Crematorium in Olongapo City. Inurnment Burial with rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 11447 will be announced at a later date.

Case # 21-84, Leo Leighton Murphy, U.S. Army Retired, Vietnam Veteran age 89, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021 at The Medical City, Clark. In accordance with his last wishes, he was cremated on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Angelino’s Funeral Chapel in Angeles City. He was a Life member of DAV TBH Memorial Chapter 3, Charter Life member of Robert W. Zaher VFW Post 2485 & Life Member of VVA Chapter 887. Inurnment Burial with rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 Honor Guard will be announced at a later date.
