Fallen Comrade Report 09/05/2022

It is our sad duty inform you that another Comrade has fallen:

Case # 22-58, Paul Terry Gasperson, SSgt, U.S Air Force Retired, age 84, passed away at The Medical City, Clark on Sunday, September 4, 2022. He was a Past Commander, VFW Department of Pacific Areas,

Past Quartermaster VFW Post 2485, Member of VFW Post 2485, Founder of Troop 485 chartered by VFW Post 2485 & Troop 485 Adviser. He will lay in repose at the Holy Mary Memorial Chapels in Chapel C Barangay CutCut, Angeles City starting today at 10 AM. Pending submission of Burial Documents, the family is requesting an Interment Burial with Military Honors in Clark Veterans Cemetery (CVC), Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 9 AM. Updates to follow.

Final Approval by ABMC & CDC has been received for this fallen Comrade:

Case # IC 22-29, Robert Jack Long, SSgt, U.S Army Veteran , age 74, passed away at his residence in Lakewood, Washington, USA, on August 21, 2021.

Rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 Honor Guard has been approved for Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 9 AM at the Hall of Flags in CVC & following Military Honors, he will be laid to rest with an Inurnment Burial in CVC.
