The following information is provided by the American Legion Department of the Philippines Office.

It is our sad duty to inform you that another Comrade has fallen:

Case # 22-27, Thea Smith Kennedy, CWO-4, U.S. Coast Guard Retired, age 74, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at The Medical City Clark, Pampanga, Philippines. He is lying in repose at La Pieta Memorial Chapels & Crematorium, Angeles City.

Public viewing from April 11 – 12, 2022,Monday-Tuesday from 10 AM onward. Mr. Kennedy was a member of American Legion Post 123. Submitted and pending approval by ABMC & CDC, the family has requested rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 Honor Guard & FRA San Miguel Branch 367 of San Antonio to conduct the 2-Bell Ceremony on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 9 AM at the Hall of Flags at Clark Veterans Cemetery (CVC) & following Military Honors, he will be laid to rest with an Interment Burial in CVC.

Final approval by ABMC & CDC has been received for these fallen comrades:

Case # 22-ICAB-04, Woody Robert Freeman, U.S. Air Force Veteran, age 78, passed away at The Medical City, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig, Metro Manila. Rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 Honor Guard has been approved for Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 10:30 AM at the Hall of Flags in CVC & following Military Honors, he will be laid to rest with an Inurnment Burial in CVC.

Case # 22-ICAB-05, David Lee Satterfield, U.S. Army Veteran, age 65, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022 at his residence in Antipolo City, Rizal. Rendering of Military Honors by VFW Post 2485 Honor Guard has been approved for Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 10:30 AM.
