Dear Veterans,

Your VA appointment is important—for your health and for the care of your fellow

Veterans! We want to ensure Veterans get the care and support needed.

You are a valued part of our Veteran community in the Philippines. Attending

your scheduled Manila VA Outpatient Clinic (OPC) appointments helps us ensure

continuity of your care that you have earned and deserved. Every missed

appointment is a missed opportunity—for you and another Veteran.

We understand that sometimes things happen which prevent you from attending

your appointment or to be on time. Here are some helpful tips to avoid missing

your appointments:

• Set an appointment reminder on your phone or calendar.

• If you are unsure about the date/time or location of your appointment,

please reach out to the Manila VA OPC Business Office for confirmation

or access your VA.gov account.

If you need to reschedule, call us at the numbers listed below or send us a secure

message via My HealtheVet as soon as possible.

• Dial #MyVA (6982) using Globe and Smart

• Call our main trunkline (02) 8550-3888

• Call our back up number (02) 8846-7121

If you ever miss an appointment accidentally, it’s easy to reschedule—we’re here to

help! Please contact us through the numbers provided above or send us a secure

message via My HealtheVet.

Attending your scheduled appointments or notifying us in advance if you need to

cancel, helps us to serve you and other Veterans better. If we do not receive a

cancellation request, your appointment may be recorded as a No-Show.

As a reminder, VA now uses VA.gov as its primary online platform for all VA

information. Through VA.gov, Veterans can access healthcare services and obtain

important information such as claims status. If you do not have a VA.gov account,

please visit https://www.va.gov/resources/creating-an-account-for-vagov/ to

learn how to set up your account.

The Manila VA OPC is dedicated to supporting every Veteran’s health and well

being. If you experience any challenges attending your appointments, please

contact us. Your health and continued care are our top priority.

Thank you for trusting us with your care. We look forward to seeing you at your

upcoming appointments!

Sincerely,

Manila VA Outpatient Clinic
