Message for U.S. Citizens: Required Use of eCRBA Application System

To reduce wait times and improve customer service, effective November 24, 2025, the U.S. Embassy in Manila will only accept electronic Consular Report of Birth Applications (eCRBA) with online cases created and documents uploaded through the following website: https://mytravel.state.gov/s/. Applicants will still need to schedule appointments through the following process after completing the online application:
For U.S. Embassy Manila Appointments:
After completing the online application and payment, please email ManilaCRBAappt@state.gov with your proof of payment attached. We will reply with the details of your interview appointment. Please wait at least 72 hours after submitting payment to request an appointment.
For U.S. Consular Agency Cebu Appointments:
To request an appointment at the U.S. Consular Agency in Cebu, please use our online Appointment Scheduling System (https://evisaforms.state.gov/acs/default.asp?postcode=MN2…). Please schedule your appointment for at least 72 hours after submitting payment to allow time for processing.
