REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN THE U.S. ARMY ARE:
Citizenship: Must be a I-551 holder (Green Card) or US citizen.
Age: 17 – 34 years old (up to 42 years of age with waiver)
Medical history: Meet Army height and weight requirements, no disqualifying medical conditions, meet Army piercing and tattoo standards.
Moral history: Cannot be undergoing any civil convictions or certain law violations, as some may disqualify you from enlisting.
Education: High school seniors, graduate, or have equivalent education credentials.
Marital status: Single or Married with two or less children (if more than two children, dependency waiver is required)
Required Documents to bring:
US Passport or I-551 Card w/foreign passport.
SSN Card
Birth certificate/Born Abroad certificate, Naturalization certificate.
High school/College transcripts and diploma, or other education credentials (GED)
If Married, Marriage certificate w/dependents ID, SSN cards and birth certificate.
