โข Demands for sensitive personal or financial information.
Verify the authenticity of any reported debt by logging into your VA.gov account. Veterans are encouraged to be vigilant against fraudulent attempts to steal their personal information. Learn to recognize the signs of a scam, refuse to be pressured into acting quickly, and never pay an upfront fee to settle a debt.
